CRAZY FOR YOU tells the story of young New York banker Bobby Child, who is sent to Deadrock, Nevada, to foreclose on a rundown theatre. In Deadrock, Bobby falls for spunky Polly Baker, the theater owner’s daughter. But Polly takes an instant dislike to the city slicker, so Bobby vows – through cunning, razzmatazz, and a hilarious case of mistaken identity – to win Polly’s heart and save the theatre. Memorable Gershwin tunes from the score include “I Got Rhythm,” “Naughty Baby,” “They Can’t Take That Away from Me,” “Embraceable You,” “But Not for Me,” “Nice Work if You Can Get It,” and “Someone to Watch Over Me.”

She has recently performed with Theatre Royale at Pechanga Casino as ensemble/dance captain in White Christmas, Beauty and the Beast, Singin’ in the Rain, and West Side Story. She has also performed in the spring show Character Dance Party at Legoland, The Music Man (Lawrence Welk Resort) and Bye Bye Birdie (Cabrillo Music Theatre). Alison also attended the Broadway TheatreProject at Sea and performed on Norwegian Cruise Line under the direction of Deb McWaters. Alison graduated with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in dance from Chapman University. She would like to thank her family and friends for all of their support!

Other previous work includes Mickey’s Soundsational/A Christmas Fantasy/Paint the Night (Disneyland Resort), Calico Saloon Show/Snoopy’s Merriest Christmas Tree Lighting Show (Knott’s Berry Farm), Teatro Martini (Pirates Dinner Adventure), and Caruso’s Top Hats (The Grove). Recent credits include Heathers (Off Broadway Theatre Company), Bring it On (San Diego Musical Theatre), and Legally Blonde (Moonlight Youth Theatre). She has also recently participated in the Joffrey Ballet Musical Theatre Summer Program in NYC. In 2016, Kylie performed as a featured soloist, off-Broadway at the Broadway Comedy Club in NY. She is also the resident choreographer at Royal Oak Middle School in Covina where she received an NYA award for “Best Director” for her production of Seuss! Some works she has appeared in are Hairspray and Bring It On with SDMT, The Lion King Jr. as Nala, Little Shop of Horrors as Crystal and Dorothy in The Wiz. Kiara has loved working with OBTC, CYT San Diego, San Diego Junior Theater and J-Company.
