Aneesa Ali (Patrice) is so excited to be back at SDMT in this production! She is currently a senior at Canyon Crest Academy and in the Envsion Theater Arts Program and is going to college for a BA (Hons) in Musical Theater this fall. It’s David’s first time on the SDMT stage, and he is thrilled to play Senator Fipp in this production! Some of his favorite previous roles include D’artagnan in The Three Musketeers and The Beast in Beauty and the Beast. Isabella Burer is thrilled to be apart of her first SDMT show as Little Sally. Some of her past credits include Betty Lou Who- How The Grinch Stole Christmas (Old Globe), Annie- The play That Goes Wrong (Santa Fe Christian HS), Winnie Foster- Tuck Everlasting (CYT South County), Featured Dancer- The Wizard Of Oz (Moonlight Youth). Isabella Fernandes is 17 and this is her SDMT debut! Megan is thrilled to be making her SDMT Debut as the cutthroat Cladwell! After four years at Westview Theatre Company where she was awarded Academic Excellence in Theatre and a Career Achievement after serving as President, she is currently pursuing a BA in Humanities at Sacramento State University whilst maintaining her passion for musical theatre. Salma Hassan is a 15 year old “triple threat” student attending Patrick Henry Highschool in San Diego California. Salma has been performing throughout the San Diego region since the age of 9. Her incredible voice has been featured in numerous productions and venues including “World Carousel Day, Tenebrosas Del Rep, the world famous San Diego Zoo, and “World Kids Day” at the San Diego Children's Museum. Salma has also been acting since the age of 9 and has played a wide array of characters with San Diego Opera’s Words and Music program. She has also been featured on stage with Teatro Izcalli, Teatro Mascara Magica and La Maestra Generations. Salma is currently working on mastering the ukulele and is also learning to speak French. Salma is also currently studying with renowned operatic soprano Devon Guthrie.

Lexi is a 19-year-old incoming sophomore at UC Irvine currently working towards her B.A. in Drama. She is thrilled to be making her SDMT debut! Favorite credits include: The Addams Family (Grandma Addams) [OT], Newsies (Katherine Plumber) [Star Theatre], The Heidi Chronicles (Heidi Holland) [GPA], Curtains (Joanie Harmon) [OT], and Something Rotten! (Lady Clapham) [OT]. Lexi would like to thank the entire production team for this incredible opportunity, all her teachers, coaches, and professors who have helped her along the way, and of course, her parents for their endless support and encouragement.

Anna Jacobsen (Ensemble and Hope U/S) is exhilarated to be making her SDMT debut in Urinetown! She is a 16 year old junior at The Academy of Our Lady of Peace. Her most recent credits include Janet (The Drowsy Chaperone),Portia (Something Rotten), and Fiona (Shrek). She would like to send a huge thank you to her friends and family for always being so supportive of her, especially her vocal coach Karyn Overstreet! Enjoy this fantastic production!

Quinlan (Quin) King is thrilled to be in SDMT’s production of Urinetown! He would like to thank his friends, family, teachers, and mentors for their constant support. Quin is a junior at Coronado School of the Arts, where he has done many productions. Favorite roles include Crybaby in Crybaby, Reverend Shaw Moore in Footloose, and Harry Bright in Mamma Mia! In his free time he enjoys listening to music, juggling, and keeping the peace in toilet-themed distopias. Enjoy the show… before it's too late! (Evil laughter)

Iker is ecstatic to be in this year's cast of Urinetown and to make his debut here at SDMT. He plans to study Musical Theatre in college and later on in life. His past credits include Beauty and The Beast (The Beast) Chicago (Fred Casely) Mamma Mia (Ensemble), Crybaby (Ensemble) Rosencrantz and Guildenstern (Tragedian), Footloose (Bickle), a number of Work-Based Learning Shows and he used to dance with San Diego Civic Dance Arts (SDCDA). He would also very much like to thank his family, friends and past directors. Iker cannot wait to show off all the hard work put into the production.

Giancarlo Lugo is enthusiastic to continue his journey in theater. Vincent is an upcoming senior at CAHS Studio. Vincent’s most recent roles include Rusty Charlie in Guys and Dolls, Policeman in Mary Poppins, Carlos in Descendants, and Seitz in Newsies. Vincent is excited to be performing with San Diego Musical Theater for the first time. When not on the stage Vincent is balancing budgets as his school’s ASB treasurer. Vincent would like to thank his family for their support and the SDMT creative team for this incredible opportunity.

Tamara is super excited to be apart of this show! She will be attending CSU Fullerton in the fall getting a BFA in Theatre! Tamara’s favorite roles have included Alice in Alice in Wonderland and Sabine in The Three Musketeers at Westview Theatre company.

Ellia is thrilled to be a part of her first production with SDMT! Recently, she has appeared on stage as Jenny Hill in Big Fish and Mollie Ralston in The Mousetrap. She would like to thank her mentors, family, and friends for their unconditional love and support of her journey in the performing arts.

Tyler (He/Him) is a 17 year old Junior at Del Norte High School, and he is beyond thrilled to be performing with SDMT for the first time! Isabella Thierry (she/her) couldn’t be more thrilled to be making her SDMT debut! She’s an incoming sophomore at Loyola Marymount University studying Communication Studies & Journalism.
