So happy to be back with SDMT after performing in South Pacific with them in 2018! Chris has been on faculty at the LA County High School for the Arts for 6 years, where he has music directed (MD) and vocal directed (VD) a variety of shows, including Into the Woods, Mansfield Park, Beauty and the Beast, Sweeney Todd, Sister Act, Urinetown, Footloose, and many others. He was an assistant conductor with the Verdi Chorus in Santa Monica, music consultant for the immersive shows Fangs! and Masq, A Haunting with the Downtown Repertory Theater in Los Angeles, MD for 35mm and VD for Dogfight with Act III Theatre Ensemble at UCLA. As an actor, selected credits include Les Miserables (The MUNY), Ragtime (Boston POPS), Cosí fan tutte (Salastina), Into the Woods (Pacific Opera Project), Orpheus (LA Opera Connects), Lost in the Stars (LA Chamber Orchestra), Tootsie (Moonlight Amphitheater).
